 New
engine mountings fabricated and welded in place, roll bar
cross and back braced, chassis grit blasted,
primed and powder coated silver.
Alloy
side panels machine folded, suspension and exhaust holes
cut, etch primed and painted Lime Green gloss inside & out. Gear linkage mechanism and rods assembled, cross bar mounted
on pillow bearings for friction free movement. Front
brakes uprated to RS Turbo 260 mm dia grooved, spotted & vented
EBC discs with “ Green Stuff ” pads and braided
hoses. Reconditioned rear axle with new poly bushes, Spax adjustable
dampers, 3.38 ratio differential, Cosworth vented disc brakes
and new callipers. 15 inch alloy wheels painted black gloss with silver fleck,
fitted Toyo 888 soft compound tyres.  Kawasaki engine now to be fitted with Pace dry sump kit, new
scavenge pump, 6.5 litre capacity oil tank, high pressure hoses
and 25 row oil cooler.
Carbon look panelling behind seats, propshaft tunnel and centre
panel to be painted in Lime Green. Two piece balanced propshaft with centre bearing, front slider
and rubber sleeve to absorb drive shocks. |
